Pate Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce Spencer Pate has joined the firm as a sales associate. A graduate of Western Carolina University, Spencer was a member of the PGA golf professionals training program and served as assistant golf professional at Highlands Country Club prior to obtaining his real estate sales license. He has been associated with Coldwell Banker Kasey and Associates in Asheville and represents the third generation at Pate Real Estate, which had its beginning in 1956 when his grandfather R.L. "Bob" Pate (1921-2002) began his real estate career. Joining his father, Tom Pate, a tradition of integrity continues by providing professional real estate brokerage services in Alamance County and surrounding areas.
